i love pad thai, one of my favorite culinary concepts ever. and this one at michael huynh’s obao is interesting, with daikon cakes, shrimp, dried shrimp, scallion, bean sprouts, and delicious sweet, sour, spicy, salty sauce of pad thai. caramelized and low carbs! what could be better?
